Those who throw spiritual temper tantrums against truth endlessly cry out that we just need 'unity' and not 'doctrine'. These people also do tremendous damage to the Body of Christ.
But what does Jesus [God] say?
...and what did Paul and the rest of the Apostles say?
...and what does the very Word of God [the Scriptures] have to say?
"If any man will do his will,
he shall know of the doctrine,
whether it be of God,
or whether I [Jesus] speak of myself..."
Jesus ~ (John 7:17)
We are commanded to preach sound doctrine.
The world is perishing because of a lack of sound doctrine and the church is being led into grave heresies because of carnal teaching errors of wicked men. God's divine principles which teach us how to regulate our behaviour and how to counteract false teaching are being cast aside in the name of 'tolerance', 'don't judge me theology', 'emerging worship practices', 'alternative worship', 'pop-psychology', 'Word-Faith heresy', etc.
Countless churches today have not only departed from the doctrines of the Bible and are wallowing in the unclean doctrines of men, they are even running after 'Christianized' paganism that is pawned off as 'deeper spirituality. Much of it is really just repackaged forms of the teachings of the demons (fallen angels that have given mankind counterfeit spirituality, i.e. - yoga, contemplative prayer, breath prayer, Toronto/Pensacola manifestations, etc.) Paul the Apostle called this the didaskalious demonian, the teachings of the demons. It can be found in pagan relogions around the globe and many Christians are just repackaging it. See 'Christian Yoga' and 'Christian Wicca' [Witchcraft].
The Holy Spirit says very clearly...
"But the [Holy] Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith,
paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons..."
(1 Timothy 4:1).
Because Christians are giving heed to deceitful spirits and the doctrines of the demons, false teaching and sin in its myriad forms is smothering the life out of countless millions of souls! And for non-believers...BILLIONS of souls!!!
We dare not remain silent; even if it means upsetting some readers.
The Bible is very clear, we are to...

"Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering and doctrine...For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears."
(2 Timothy 4:2-3 )

And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.

And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces.
The Apostles taught sound doctrine, not the latest fad or pop-psychology 'self-help' book!

Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.

Let us fight the good fight of [the] faith and preach and teach sound doctrine!
Lord Jesus come quickly!
